Heads Up Compliance was initially set up to assist Legal firms to be compliant with the Solicitors
Code of Conduct. Our Compliance e-Learning portal and associated Consultancy Services are
equally applicable in businesses that are FCA regulated.
Among the subjects offered are: Anti Money Laundering; Equality & Diversity; Data Protection; Risk; and complaints handling. That “core” training allows individual businesses to determine the specific training needs of its staff to maintain competency in their practice areas.

The Compliance Officer (COLP or AR) has responsibility to ensure that the whole business is provided with regular training in regulatory subjects. We aim to make your life easier by ensuring that all of your staff are trained and made aware of these risk areas and help you develop a "culture of compliance". You will be able to demonstrate that you have a training programme and that you track all of your staff's progress.
